Hey there!

I'm Gaétan Van Hulle, and as you might have already read, I'm interested in business, technology, entrepreneurship, and sports. This website was made to showcase all of what I can do and plan to do. Don't judge my writing based on this section though, this is by far my shoddiest work yet.

I got into sports at an early age, playing football in the schoolyard with my friends. Fuelled by my drive for competition, this escalated into playing for a youth team of a club in first division in Belgium, but because of a lack of talent, injuries, and other interests I decided to quit. Now I try to keep fit by running, cycling & swimming, that's how I was able to complete an Ironman in Gdansk in 2021!

I always admired my grandpa, who was an Accountant, at the age of 17 my curiosity made me start getting interested in business; i wanted to help him make his work easier, so I created a calculator app that helps him to track his costumers invoices.

Computers have always fascinated me. int i = 10; creates an integer of value 10? LIKE, WOW! But seriously, just seeing code getting converted to things we use regularly, like Facebook or Amazon, was no less than magic to me and that's where my quest to invent began.

I got into entrepreneurship by working a lot as a student, when you exceed the maximum student hours, it’s better to become student-entrepreneur, that’s what I did. Ever since, lots of fun projects and challenging assignments are coming my way.
